Dr. Villano has hospital privileges at all the major hospitals in Bend including St. Charles Medical Center and Bend Surgery Center. His office is located near St. Charles Medical Center on the East side of Bend. Most cosmetic procedures are done in our office operatory. Reconstructive procedures are usually done in the hospital on an outpatient basis.

We accept most major insurance for payment of medical procedures like Aetna, ODS, UMR, United Health Care
and GEHA. Cosmetic procedures are typically not covered by insurance. Contact Us to receive further information about our fees and policies. Payment for cosmetic services is required in advance. In addition to Visa and Mastercard we provide a variety of financing options including the Cosmetic Fee Plan, which offers low monthly payments and low fixed interest rates.
